Receipt book, 1767-1792.

The receipt book is a 180 pp. record of sales of salt, rum, and wine, including signatures of many prominent Philadelphians, among whom are John Wister, Thomas Morris, William Rush and Joseph Paschall. There are also references to Henry William Stiegel, the Pennsylvania glass manufacturer.
